Wanting to Give Up

So, I'm to the point where I want to just give up my diet. The most I lost was in the fall of 2005 with a grand total of 18 pounds. However, since then, and another five months later, I've done nothing but gain and plateau. Now, my grand total for the amount I've lost is only 9 pounds. I told the leader of the WW meetings that when that number shrinks to 0, I'm giving up. Until then, I'm going to do my best to stay on that diet and continue to loose. I honestly don't want to quit.

So here is what I am going to do:
1. Join the YMCA after hell is out so that I can take a variety of exercise classes.
2. Eat more fruits and veggies.
3. Drink more water.
4. Write everything that I eat down, and keep track of it.

I'll keep you posted on how I do.
